Your pain is not normal.
You have been told your results are normal, so you must be okay. You have tried the diets, the supplements, the protocols, and none of it stuck. OR, worse, you have started to wonder if the problem is you.
It is not. You are the one living in the gap between normal and well, and that gap is exactly what I work in.
Why nothing has stuck so far
It is probably not that you picked the wrong plan. Most care is built around a single appointment, a plan to take home and a follow up a month later. In between, life happens. A flare hits, you have a question at 9pm and nowhere to ask it, and by the time you are back in front of someone a month later the plan has already slipped.
That is the part I built the Her Herbs model around.
What working together looks like
A plan built around your body
Not a generic endo protocol. We start with your history, your cycle, your bloods and what a normal week looks like for you, and build from there.
Herbal medicine and nutrition, matched to you
Matched to your symptoms and your cycle, and it changes when you do. I check everything against the medications you already take, and I will never tell you to stop them.
Me in your corner between appointments
Send me a voice note, an email or a text when something flares or a question comes up, and get a real answer from me. When I reply right away, it gets integrated in real time, and that's why it sticks longer term.
The first three months
Week one
Your initial consultation. We go through your whole story and you leave with a plan you can start right away.
Month one
We adjust. Some things will help straight away and some will not, and we tweak as you go instead of waiting a month to find out.
Month three
You are starting to see your own patterns, what makes a bad week worse and what helps, and you have someone who knows your history inside out. You start to see noticeable improvements.
Why me
I am an accredited naturopath and nutritionist with over ten years in women's hormonal health, and I know how it feels to fear your own period. I will never downplay what endo does to your quality of life, and I genuinely love connecting with other women and helping them improve it.
I look at your hormones, your gut, your cycle and your stress together, with herbal medicine and nutrition, alongside your medical care, never instead of it. I built the Her Herbs Endometriosis Companion app because I wanted women to have real evidence of what their body is doing, and the same thinking runs through everything I do in clinic. I will always meet you where you are at and give you a plan that feels genuinely achievable.
Is this for you?
This is for you if
- you are done starting over every few months
- you want someone looking at the whole picture, not just your symptoms
- you will do the work when someone is checking in with you
- you want natural care that works with your whole care team
This is not for you if
- you want a quick fix by next week
- you want one appointment and a handout
- you are not quite ready to commit to making healthy changes

Questions women ask me first
Do I need a diagnosis first?
No. Plenty of women I work with are still waiting on one. We work with your symptoms and your history, and if something needs a doctor's eyes, I will tell you.
Is it all online?
Your discovery call is by phone, and every appointment after that is online, so it does not matter where in Australia you live, or what state your body is in that day.
Will this replace my doctor or gynaecologist?
No, and it should not. I work alongside your medical care, never instead of it.
I am on the pill or other medication. Can I still work with you?
Yes. I check everything against what you already take, and I will never tell you to stop a medication.
How much does it cost?
Every plan is individual, so we go through it on your free discovery call once I know what you need.
Ready when you are.
I take a limited number of clients at a time, so each one gets my full attention. That is not a marketing line, it is the only way the Her Herbs model works. If endo has been running your life, let's talk about what would be different.
