As a self-paced course, you can complete all of the foundations in a single day, one per day, or one per week, its completely up to you and your capacity. Although flexible in timing, Her Foundations of Wellness has been curated in an intentional sequence, designed to support you physically initially, before expanding into mental, emotional and social elements.
